CEMS

Depending on the kind of fuel used and local environmental regulations, a number of pollutants, preferably CO, NOx and SO2 are to be monitored continuously in the flue gas at the stack along with dust (particulate matter, PM), gas flow, and the reference values H2O, temperature and O2. The monitored data is transferred to a specific data acquisition system for further processing and reporting to the authorities. In case of co-incineration of alternative fuels, additional components such as HCl, HF, Hg and VOC may be required to be monitored as well

We use only CERTIFIED analyzers for CEMS!

We install CEMS in accordance to the Environmental Regulations!!

Our analyzers are following the quality assurance levels according to European Norms.

Different principals for measuring of Gas, Dust & Flow are available, we aim to choose the BEST solution for customer applications.

Depends on the application / industry and process data provided by our customers, we’ll choose the BEST SOLUTION which could fit our customer application. A technical questionnaire is downloadable under download section which can be filled with all your process data and send to our project team to guide you through the best solution for your application.

Different Extractive Cold Dry or Hot Wet Gas Analyzer Systems as well as in-situ analyzers with different technologies depending on the application and process parameters.

HAK GA200 Cold Dry analyzer systems include all major system components like sampling probe, heated sample gas line, 1- or 2-stage gas cooler, sample gas pump, filters and valve block, depending on the stage of extension. The configuration is made according to the requirements of the application. Together with an S710 or SIDOR analyzer they fulfill also all requirements for an automatic measuring system (AMS) according to the recent EU standards. Due to their modular concept, they can be extended with additional analyzers or components. Thus, they can be adapted to a wide variety of measuring tasks.

The MCS100E HW from our principals Messrs. SICK is a HOT WET analyzer system for extractive measurement of up to 8 IR-active gas compounds. It can be supplemented with oxygen and total hydrocarbon analyzers. From probe sampling to cell, all components that are in contact with the sample gas are heated above dew point and thus protected from corrosion. This hot measurement technique allows the measurement of water soluble components HCl and NH3.

In-situ analyzers from our principals Messrs. SICK is considering High reliability and precision as well as minimal response times. These are the distinguishing features of the GM700 laser gas analyzer. Based on the principle of TDLS (Tunable Diode Laser Spectroscopy) and by using specific light absorption, the GM700 is able to measure several gas components, such as NH3, HF, HCl, H2O or O2. The in-situ measurement is ideal for the fast determination of gas concentrations in process control and emission monitoring

Different principals are used for measuring continuously the dust emission from Stacks.

Our principals SICK has innovative state-of-the-art dust measuring devices with decades of experience, SICK is making a valuable contribution in this regard. With a comprehensive portfolio ranging from continuous and discontinuous measurement principles through to dust measurements in wet flue gases, we are able to offer the right solution even for the most difficult of measuring tasks.

More than 150 dust monitors had been installed in Egypt and MEA countries by HAK Automation.

HAK is always offering Dust Monitoring systems together with Gravimetric Calibration which is required for every installation of any Dust Monitoring System.

The Dusthunter series of dust monitors offers different measuring techniques i.e Scatted light, Opacity (Transmissiometry).

HAK is using only certified dust monitors for CEMS

Using the best Ultrasonic technology from our principals SICK, The FLOWSIC100 can measure precisely the flow rate for emission monitoring.

Standard version contains two FLSE100 sender/receiver units, a MCU control unit and a connection box. The MCU is used for
input and output of signals, for calculation of volume
flow to reference conditions (standardization)
as well as user friendly LCD interface.

The Ultrasonic FLOWSIC 100 has the following benefits
•Rugged titanium transducers (standard) for higher device durability
•Corrosion resistant probe materials for the use in aggressive gases
•As standard used for gas temperatures up to 260 °C; with the innovative internal cooling up to 450 °C2) max.
•Various (graded) probe lengths to meet broad application conditions
•Integral measurement over the entire stack diameter for representative measuring results
•No moving parts means low maintenance
•Fully automatic zero and span check
•No purge air required

AccuFlo QAL - CEMS Flow Measurement

The AccuFl QAL is a QAL1 certified volume flow measurement (DIN EN 15267) for continuous emission monitoring systems. Thus, it supports the CO2-monitoring for measuring and supervising of emissions - always according to the actual requirements. It offers easy installation, maintenance and stress free commissioning. The AccuFlo® QAL is available as a standard flow meter or as cost efficient partial flow sensor for applications with considerably long straight inlet and outlet sections. Alternatively, the "two cross duct path"-version which utilizes two SDF-sensors can be used in situations with very short straight inlet sections. The AccuFlo® QAL is specifically suited for very high operational temperatures, aggressive gas components or large stack diameters.
